Cristina in housekeeping helped us make sure we had everything we needed from extra towels to a room change . The front desk agent Cynthia was super helpful and had a great attitude. Marlena the GM of the location we stayed out made sure that we were well taken care of and that our stay was enjoyable. Even the security manager was helpful late night when the people who work front counter and office were out. Now onto the rooms, the rooms were well kept and super clean. Beds, linens and such were all very satisfactory. The bathroom was super clean, and even the pool was clean. Def a 5 star review .

The rooms are better than pictured with a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. Free breakfast was good for my family to get the day going. Great location close to Disney. The only thing holding back the star count is they don't answer the phone. They get pretty busy but it can be frustrating. Once you see any staff in person they are great and very accommodating. But, we called before we got there to request late check in and never got anyone on the line. The reservation said to call so we were worried we would be turned away the whole trip. We didn't, but the stress was there. Once we were checked in, we called for extra pillows and couldn't get anyone on the phone again. So we had to walk down and request them. Not a huge deal but that combined with the unanswered calls from before were frustrating. We will definitely stay there again. Great place for the price.

This hotel offered everything we needed at a great price. Location is convenient to amusement parks & lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, have refrigerators/microwaves and offered decent breakfast with hot waffles. Only downside as a small inconvenience is having no closet, room phones and have to request for cleaning daily. Otherwise, great value for a clean hotel with wood floors, laundry facilities & accommodating staff. Joe at the breakfast dining area was busy but always had a smile on his face. Would recommend and definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Was recommended by a friend, and we’ve been here twice now. Each time did not disappoint. Angel was super nice and very helpful each time, even the security guy. The beds are super comfy and it’s very spacey so it doesn’t feel too crowded. As annual Disney passholders, whenever we go on a spontaneous weekend trip instead of making that 2 hr drive back each time, this is definitely our go-to hotel!
